Delivery Policy

Deliveries are scheduled exclusively on Tuesdays and Fridays, excluding public holidays. Orders must be placed by 6:00 PM on the day preceding the scheduled delivery.

A minimum order value of $200 applies to the delivery of Noritsu brand items, while a $300 minimum applies to all other items. For orders that do not meet these minimum requirements, a delivery fee of $15 per trip will be applied.

Alternatively, customers may opt for self-collection at our office, available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
